October 17, 2011 - Momentum Porsche hosted its quarterly "Coffee & Cars" a bit early to accommodate our very special guest Michael Hoelscher, Technical Project Manager for the new 918 Spyder. The event actually became a "Cocktails & Cars" as we hosted this small vip gathering in the evening where guest enjoyed adult beverages, large selection of cheese and light bites. The evening was a hour packed of Q&A from the man that brought you the Carrera GT, giving us new insight into this new generation of Porsche supercars. At one point all cameras and cell phones had to be turned off so that Michael could show us first hand what the actual production spec 918 will look like.
  
 
October 12, 2011 - Momentum Porsche once again was a proud Hole in One Sponsor and supporter of the Texas Children Bad Pants Golf Tournament. This year Momentum had their very own Momentum Team to join in on the fun. Players were greeted by Texas Children volunteers who were giving out some of the best swag available from leather travel bags, to Momentum golf towels the works! It was a great day and even greater event supporting the best Charity golf tournament in the city!

    
 

August 6, 2011 - Momentum Porsche's quarterly Coffee & Cars was held with special guest racing legend Hurley Haywood. Also on hand was local artist Taft McWorter with his Porsche artwork, along with the PCA Lone Star Region signing up new members. As always Java Pura was brewing up gourmet coffee and breakfast served by Monsterville Catering.  May 10, 2011 - Momentum Porsche is proud to sponsor the upcoming Little Black Dress Project at the House of Blues. The Little Black Dress is one of the fashion icons of our time, inspiring designers from the moment it was introduced by Chanel in 1926, through Givenchy's 1961 creation for Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany's, to the myriad current fashion designers the world over. It is in this sartorial spirit that we we invite your students to design, create and submit their version of the Little Black Dress to the Fashion Group Foundation's Career Day on Monday, March 7 in Houston. At this showcase, the top designs will be selected from our panel of celebrity judges, and the top designs will move onto the Little Black Dress Event! In April, we will unveil the student finalists' designs in a video production and fashion show presentation. Think Project Runway. For 2011 the scholarships are $2,500, $1,500, and $1,000. These awards are given to the Top 3 Student Designers after the event.
     
April 2011 West Texas Road Trip - Our resident "Porsche Bible" Jack McCall just got back from his first West Texas Road Trip with Porsche Owners. A great trip to stretch your Porsche's legs, the West Texas roads offer autobahn like cruising, winding roads, driver endurance, Porsche's reliability and a display of superior ergonomics. Topped off with gorgeous Porsche vehicles, great people, fabulous breakfast by Fusion Taco and the best gourmet coffee in town served up fresh from Java Pura. Friday February 18, 2011 - Momentum Porsche was proud to host the launch of Life+Dog magazine . The magazine is on stands now and is the magazine for modern living with Man's Best Friend. Momentum's favorite DJ, "DJ Senega" was in the house spinning tunes, cocktails were flowing and yummy bites provided by Fusion Taco were on hand to treat our guest. On the main stage front and center was the all new Porsche 911 GTS. The crowd couldn't get enough of the two hot models we had on display. Saturday February 5, 2011 - Porsche's fastest production vehicle required a delivery experience as awe-inspiring as the vehicle itself; that is why Porsche created a one-of-a-kind customer delivery program for the owners of the very limited production 2011 Porsche 911 GT2 RS. Only 113 cars will arrive in the United States, with only 500 worldwide. Customers checked in to El Toro Airfield in Southern California to see and drive their new cars for the very first time. Saturday December 11, 2010 - "Show and Shine" Coffee Breakfast event at Momentum Porsche.Another great turnout at our morning breakfast events that are becoming the norm around here at Momentum. Guest brought their Porsche's to show off and compete in the "Most Dirty Engine" contest. Friday, October 8, 2010 Momentum Porsche had another great day at the track. New to Porsche, long time Porsche enthusiast and clients on the fence as to what model Porsche to buy made up our group this track day. Porsche Driving instructors were on hand to teach and demonstrate just how amazing the whole lineup of Porsche models are and reminding us all how truly special the Porsche product truly is. The all new 2011 Cayenne truly surprised most folks and walked away not believing how well this suv handles on the track..remember, the Cayenne doesn't realize it isn't a sports cars :). Thursday, September 23, 2010 Momentum Porsche hosted a customer appreciation party to celebrate what's most important..."Our Customers". The evening was racing and performance inspired with high-end racing inspired food, cocktails and great music by DJ Senega. In the main pit was interactive games and slot car racing for customers to compete for top prizes from our Porsche Driver Selection Boutique. Saturday August 21st - Momentum Porsche hosted our first "Porsche Performance Workshop " where Porsche Purist were invited for breakfast by Fusion Taco  and gourmet coffee by Java Pura  and the opportunity to do some "shop talk" with fellow owners. Representatives from Champion Motor sport were on hand to answer questions and discuss all the various items from Tubi Exhaust, Werks air diffusers to performance programming.  		Saturday July 10th - Momentum Porsche hosted a "Best of Both Worlds" 2011 Cayenne breakfast. Guest were able to get up close and personal with this all-new Cayenne, test drive and get hands on with this amazing new Porsche. Breakfast and juice bar was served by Fusion Taco, where everyone enjoyed gourmet breakfast taco's and fresh juice. Random Porsche Driver Selection gifts were also handed out from our random drawing held later in the morning. Saturday June 5th - Coffee and Cars - Another great turnout in Uptown Park for the monthly Coffee and Cars auto show. Hundreds of cars showed up and Momentum Porsche was there showing off the all new 2011 V6 Porsche Panamera and Boxster Spyder. Both were big hits with the crowd.   May 6th - May 9th Porsche Dealer Event - Porsche Factory in Leipzig Germany - Check out some shots here and more at www.facebook.com/momentummotors from our recent dealer event with great shots of the new 911 GT2 RS, 918 and the newly redesigned Cayenne. The 2010 GT2 RS arrives later this year and will pack enough power to topple the Carrera GT, with 620 hp and nearly 200 lbs lighter then the current GT2. 0-60 is pegged at 3.2 seconds.
   
 

  Saturday April 24, 2010 Momentum Porsche hosted a Spring Service Clinic FREE to Porsche owners. During customers full fitness evaluation, a complete inspection was performed with one of our Porsche technicians and gave customers the opportunity to go over the car in the service bay having questions answered and issues reviewed. Welcome to the Family - Porsche Panamera Event - October 22, 2009 - Momentum Porsche had over 400 guest attend our Panamara Launch event, giving previous Porsche owners and other clients the opportunity to check out this amazing new four door sedan from Porsche. Guest enjoyed live music, sushi bar and cocktails while being able to get up close and personal with the most highly anticipated sports sedan to hit the road! Texas Children's "Bad Pants" annual golf tournament - Benefiting the Newborn Center - Tuesday October 13, 2009. Proud Hole in One Sponsors Momentum Porsche. Even with all the rain, the tournament was a success and brought out over 700 golfers raising $240,000. The days events also included entertainment by Dan Boever, 2008 World Long Drive Sr. Champion. DAY AT THE TRACK WITH MOMENTUM PORSCHE - November 20, 2008. Proving why they say "Porsche. There is no substitute". Momentum Porsche held another our ever popular "Day at the track" for customers to experience an afternoon on the track with their own Porsche vehicles or test drive one of the all new 2009 911 PDK models.  Instructors from the Porsche Driving School were on hand to lead the event and really show what is so special about the Porsche driving experience. DAY AT THE TRACK WITH MOMENTUM PORSCHE - April 23rd & 24th, 2008 Momentum Porsche held a private event for Porsche customers, offering dinner at Del Frisco's steakhouse in the Galleria area on Wednesday evening and then providing a day at the track on Thursday afternoon with Porsche Racing Instructors to demonstrate the 2008 Porsche Cayman.  Customers also brought their own vehicles to enjoy some fun, food and laps around the track with the Momentum Porsche team.  Check out Momentum's YouTube page for video clips from this event.
