I purchased a pre-owned 2009 Porsche 911 from your dealership in April. This purchase was challenging since I was importing this car to Canada. This was my 1^st Porsche and my dream car since I was 16 years old so finding the perfect one for me was critical.
I have to say that from the first conversation I had with Brandon on this car to the last, he was extremely professional and courteous even when I had made some mistakes during the paper work process. He was not frustrated, he just shipped me new documents to sign. There was a major issue with the wire transfer of funds and Brandon took the time to talk to my bank's branch manager to ensure they were coding the transaction accurately. He provided full disclosure and documents to my broker who was helping me bring the car to Canada. Brandon was always available whenever I had any questions and gave me the comfort that even though I had not test driven the car or even physically inspected it, that all was well.
